Star Trek fans, drop everything, call in sick, and grab the snacks. It’s time for a marathon. In honor of William Shatner’s 82nd birthday last week, Hulu has decided to make every last episode of all of the Star Trek series available free through the end of March, even if you don’t have Plus.

Of course, even if you are a huge fan, it’s no small task to watch all of the episodes from each series. All streaming for free are Star Trek, The Next Generation, Deep Space Nine and Voyager, Enterprise - that’s a lot of episodes, and the free streaming offer only lasts through March 31st. So if you aren’t willing to drink that much Red Bull and skip out on basic hygiene for a few days, you might want to stick to just one series – or even just a few favorite episodes of each.

It’s a good way to gear up for the upcoming release of Star Trek Into Darkness, the newest movie starring Sherlock's Benedict Cumberbatch, which heads into theaters on May 17th.

Of course, if you want to watch all of the episodes but don’t want to squish them into less than a week, they’re available to Netflix and Hulu Plus subscribers, as well as on Amazon Prime. There’s something about this kind of challenge though, that I know will appeal to some of the serious Trekkies out there, so if you decide to go for it, be sure to hit the comments and let us know how far you got.

Which Star Trek series would you watch a marathon of?
