The gangs back together (mostly). After last week’s episode of Spartacus: Vengeance, it should be exciting to see what’s ahead as Spartacus and the rebels move forward. Some major stuff went down in “Libertus” and this preview video from “Chosen Path” offers a look at the aftermath.
Spoilers ahead! Based on the information Starz released on “Chosen Path,” Spartacus will be pushing his fellow rebels to train to defend their new sanctuary. The video below does show Mira shooting a bow and arrow. Could that be part of the training? There are also some interesting developments, like a comment from Gannicus that sounds like he may be less than supportive of the rebel’s movement...
Given that Gannicus is a free man, not to mention what we know of him and his relatively laid back lifestyle, which includes an appreciation for wine and women, it wouldn’t be all that surprising if Gannicus was against the idea of joining the ranks of the rebels.
Meanwhile, it seems Ashur continues to be up to no good. What (or who) was it that came out of the well? Could it be this guy...
Per Starz, this character, played by Steven Dunlevy is called “The Egyptian.” Are those Roman soldiers he’s fighting? It’ll be interesting to see how the Egyptian fits into the story...
