Video: Community Fans Occupy Rockefeller Center

Community fans occupied Rockefeller Center earlier today to show their support for the beloved NBC series, which has been put on an extended hiatus by the network. A video of some of the Greendale-themed caroling that took place this afternoon showed up online and we have it here for you to check out.

Yesterday we shared the news that Community fans planned to rally outside of NBC’s New York headquarters Thursday afternoon to show their musical appreciation and support for the comedy, which doesn’t appear on NBC’s 2012 midseason schedule (yet, anyway).

The gathering took place this afternoon and The Huffington Post shared this video, which features fans, many of whom are sporting excellent evil beards (a nod to the Darkest Timeline), and singing an altered version of O Christmas Tree.

TV Guide has another video up, which you can view here.

Hopefully some other videos show up online!
