Syfy is going all out to promote their new humor science fiction series Outer Space Astronauts. They're so confident in the series that they've made the first episode available for free online, so you can watch it whenever you want. As we previously reported, Outer Space Astronauts is a unique hybrid of live-action and computer 3-D graphics and effects, spearheaded bye creator, writer and star Russell Barrett. It chronicles the adventures of eight astronauts on a long-term mission to explore the outer reaches of space, led by their intrepid -- I mean, inept leader, played by Barrett. Outer Space Astronauts premieres Tuesday, December 8th at 9:30/8:30 PM Central, airing right after all new episodes of Scare Tactics.
