Assassin's Creed 3 Minecraft Trailer Will Complete Your Summer

It's the end of the summer and that sucks a whole lot. However, a Minecraft-style trailer will help you face the approaching fall with a big smile on your face.

The machinima is inspired by the E3 2012 cinematic trailer for AC3. If you recall, it shows Connor single-handedly charging the British on a battlefield. He takes out several troops and then hits their commanding officer with an amazing bow shot. The Continental Army watches in awe.

It's very impressive how much like AC3 it all looks. The graphics engine for Minecraft is not the most robust but it manages to faithfully recreate the scene. The occasional references to Minecraft itself (like the creeper being fired from a cannon) are cute, too.
