Today DICE finally cleared up the uncertainty about the Battlefield: Bad Company 2's PC beta. It's set to begin on January 28th and run until February 25th.
The PC beta allows you to play "Rush" mode on one map. In "Port Valdez," two armies battle for control of oil facilities in snowy Alaska. It's a far cry from the desert landscape of "Arica Harbor," the map in the PS3 beta.
Instructions for downloading the beta file will be available soon through the BF:BC2 beta homepage. You can get a guaranteed spot in the beta by pre-ordering the game. Select sites will be running beta key giveaways as well.
DICE also intends to release a PS3/PC/Xbox 360 multiplayer demo for the game before its March release. It will probably arrive shortly after the PC beta concludes.
