Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance Pre-Order Earns You Cyborg Ninja Skin

GameStop has landed a very enticing exclusive for Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance. Pre-ordering the game through their website or stores will earn you a skin based on the cyborg ninja from the first Metal Gear Solid.

This mysterious ninja assisted Solid Snake as he tried to prevent FOXHOUND from launching a nuclear strike. His identity is one of the many plot twists in the game. I'm glad that GameStop didn't spoil the surprise, even 14 years after MGS' release.

A cyborg ninja skin fits Revengeance well as the game stars a different cyber-ninja, Raiden. It's a shame that only a select group of gamers will be able to get this skin, though. Then again, maybe Konami will release it as post-launch DLC.

Revengeance will debut on the PS3 and Xbox 360 in February.
