When I went to an IMAX preview of Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol two months ago, I had the chance to watch two separate sequences from the Brad Bird-directed action film. The first was a scene in which Tom Cruise scaled the outside of Dubai's Burj Khalifa (the tallest building in the world) and the second was an epic chase in the middle of a sandstorm. Late last week we brought you an extended clip of the epic climb, and today we are proud to present a peek at Cruise's time in the dustcloud.

The fourth entry in the Mission: Impossible franchise, the new movie sees Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) and his Impossible Mission Force team (Simon Pegg, Jeremy Renner, Paula Patton) disavowed and forced underground following a terrorist attack at the Kremlin. The group is then forced to both clear their names and find the person responsible for the attack. The film also stars Michael Nyqvist, Josh Holloway, Anil Kapoor, Tom Wilkinson and Lea Seydoux. Ghost Protocol will be released in IMAX theaters starting this Friday (December 16) and will be available in wide release beginning on December 21.
