CB Forum member Matt Sinopli sent in a few Jurassic Park 4 rumors. No, he didn't offer a good explanation for why anyone would want to make a fourth one... kids love dinosaurs I guess.

But the franchise is lumbering on despite growing disinterest, with a targeted release in Winder or Spring 2006 with the script currently being re-written by John Sayles. Sam Neil is in fact NOT returning for this film as had been rumored... which is strange since he isn't doing anything else. Instead, Jeff Goldblum and Richard Attenborough are back facing a bevy of primarily marine, loch-ness monster cousins. No director on the project yet, but the name circulating around is that of Alex Proyas, thus completing the Hollywood sellout he begins this summer by directing Will Smith.

Look for fan favorites like the raptors to return, hopefully without the power of speech. Spinosaurus may also show his fin, or will be should they ever start actual filming.
