Stan Winston, the man who brought many modern movie monsters to life, including Aliens, Terminator, Predator, Jurassic Park dinosaurs and the penguins in Batman returns, has finally come down to just making plain Monsters. Public Media Works Inc. and Stan Winston Productions are starting script development and production of the film Monsters a humorous romance with epic implications, reports Coming Soon.

The script is based on the original treatment by Bernsen and is slated to be completed by in the second quarter of 2007; principle photography is then expected to begin at the end of the year.
