Scorsese’s top notch when it comes to making movies, maybe it’s too much to expect him to be just as good at picking movie posters. Yahoo debuted the first one sheet for his next, Shutter Island, and it’s a little underwhelming. It looks like some cheap, January, PG-13 horror release starring Ashton Kutcher. I feel confident that the movie will be much better.
Set in 1954, Shutter Island follows U.S. Marshal Teddy Daniels as he investigates the disappearance of a murderess who escaped from a hospital for the criminally insane and is presumed to be hiding on the remote Shutter Island. Watch DiCaprio loom large below:
