Fox Re-Airing Michael Jackson American Idol Episode

Fox isn’t in the habit of re-airing old episodes of American Idol, however, given the recent death of King of Pop, Michael Jackson, the network is going to be rerunning one of the earlier episodes from the eighth season.

On Monday night at 8:00 PM ET/PT, Fox is going to re-air the Michael Jackson-themed episode of American Idol. In that episode, he contestants performed some classic Michael Jackson songs, including “The Way You Make Me Feel,” “Black or White,” “P.Y.T. (Pretty Young Thing)” and “Beat It.” As this was the first round of the finals, all thirteen finalists performed during the episode.

For fans of Lie To Me and House, Fox said both series are preempted this night only and will return to the schedule on Monday, July 6.
