Sleepy Hollow Returns: Watch An 8-Minute Preview Of Tonight's 'The Sin Eater'

Sleepy Hollow’s been on hiatus for the last couple of weeks, but the Fox drama returns tonight, and based on the 8-minute preview, the series isn’t the only thing returning. Spoiler alert: Read and watch no further if you don’t want any spoilers for tonight’s episode of Sleepy Hollow!



With a two-week hiatus between new episodes, it looks like Sleepy Hollow’s “The Sin Eater” intends to ease viewers back into the story, as the 8-minute preview offers a bit of catch-up on the key points of the series, including the revelation that Ichabod’s fate is intertwined with the Headless Horseman by some kind of blood-tie. And then we’re brought into a great scene between Abby and Ichabod that manages to weave baseball into the foundations of the country. Or at the very least, compare it closely enough to democracy to inspire Ichabod to heckle the umpire.

And that leads to two major moments previewed. The first is Ichabod getting kidnapped at the cemetery. And the second is Abby being brought into a vision, courtesy of Katrina. The Horseman will return and Abby needs to find the Sin Eater to break the tie between Ichabod and the Horseman.

Also, did we mention Fringe’s John Noble will guest star? Is he the Sin Eater?

Meanwhile, an encounter from Ichabod’s past weighs heavily on him, and details from Ichabod and Katrina’s very first encounter are revealed in the all-new “The Sin Eater” episode of SLEEPYHOLLOW.
