If you were watching Saturday morning cartoons in the mid '90s, chances are you remember ReBoot, even if you didn't remember the name until I just mentioned it right there. Hailed as the first fully computer-animated half-our TV series, the show followed in Tron's footsteps by introducing us to the daily lives of the tiny people who really do live inside all our computers (*citation needed). Each week Guardian Bob would team up with his friends Dot and Enzo, and their trusty dog Frisket, to defend the city of Mainframe from the evil machinations of two viruses named Megabyte and Hexadecimal.

If ReBoot was a Saturday morning staple for you growing up, Shout! Factory is doing their level best to help increase the nostalgia factor of your DVD shelf next year. They have announced a March 1st release date for ReBoot: Seasons 1 & 2, and you can already pre-order it from Amazon. This set lists for $29.93 and will include 23 episodes on four discs, plus various extras that Shout! hasn't detailed yet. The set will be joined at a later date by a release for seasons 3 and 4, and Shout! is also planning Definitive Mainframe Edition that will collect the entire series. No dates on when those will show up, however. You can get an early look at the box art for both the season 1 and 2 set and the Mainframe Edition below.
