Subscribe To Dying For Daylight, True Blood Game Adaptation Coming 2011 Updates
I-Play and Charlaine Harris, author of the best selling Sookie Stackhouse books, which HBO’s True Blood is based on, have teamed together to bring gamers a vampire thriller for PC called Dying for Daylight. The game is set within the universe of True Blood and features Harris’ characters and story elements.

Charlaine Harris commented in the press release about the collaboration to bring her beloved characters into the world of interactive gaming, saying…
"Taking a character into the world of games is great fun and allows us to tell stories and bring characters to life in a whole new way," … "Just like Sookie, Dahlia is a unique and multi-faceted character. Working with I-play to present her in this new way has been an amazing experience, and I can't wait to hear what fans think of the results."

I-Play focuses on casual-based game properties, aimed mostly at female gamers, and Dying for Daylight will be no different. The company has a long history of adapting popular book series into games, including works from Agatha Christie and James Patterson’s Women’s Murder Club.

Gamers amped up to play a thrilling casual game -- and that seems a little weird, but let’s just roll with it -- can do so when the game becomes available for digital download starting in 2011, for PC. To learn more about I-Play and Dying for Daylight be sure to visit the Official Website.
