Subscribe To The Expendables 2: Videogame Gets An Explosive, Badass New Trailer Updates
It's obvious the The Expendables 2: Videogame will be a cheesy movie-to-game cash-in by Ubisoft. However, at the same time the game looks like a ton of fun and the new trailer showcases an arcade-style, four-player co-op title that gets back to gaming basics: testosterone, explosions and lots and lots and lots of bullets.

The trailer kicks off with Terry Crews and Dolph Lundgren torturing a poor dude all because he got their in-game characters killed a few times. Dolph is a typical big scary Russian dude while Terry plays up on the scary big black guy seems to work well and even though I wasn't sitting in that chair with a PlayStation controller in my hands, I was still legitimately scared. And you probably were, too.

After seeing that trailer I can only say that I'm now not only looking forward to the movie but the game as well. Getting to play classic action-heroes from a bygone era with the latest in graphics tech is like reliving all those past-glory moments from the hey-day of the bad-action genre.

This is also probably one of the few games where I'm hoping, begging, pleading for Ubisoft to either have unlockable characters or DLC (that I would gladly pay for) that includes Jason Stathom, Scott Adkins, Bruce Willis, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Randy Couture and Chuck freaking Norris. I mean, just saying their names in one sentence can initiate premature fanboygasms.

You can look for The Expendables 2: Videogame to land on digital e-tailers for the PlayStation 3 starting July 31st, on the Xbox 360 August 17th and the PC on August 17th. Need more info? Visit the Official Website.
