Today Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment announced the North American and European release dates for Injustice: Gods Among Us. The DC Comics fighting game, developed by Mortal Kombat studio NetherRealm, will be arriving throughout the world in April.

The exact storyline of Injustice hasn't been revealed. However, the DC universe has something been thrown into disarray. Former allies now fight each other, while former enemies - well okay, they still fight. The point is, everyone's trying to beat each other up.

WB is offering a Collector's Edition of the game in both North America and Europe. The exact contents vary a bit by territory, but both versions include a statue of Batman and Wonder Woman fighting.

A special Battle Edition of the game, meanwhile, comes with a fight stick and DLC skins. You can find a picture of that bundle below. It's priced at $150.

Injustice will hit North America on April 16th. It will then make its way to European stores on the 19th.
