Crime thriller L.A. Noire's first premium DLC has been confirmed by Rockstar. The publisher's website now lists a release date for the content, entitled "Nicholson Electroplating."

In L.A. Noire, players take on the role of LAPD detective Cole Phelps. During his career he'll work several different detective desks, including homicide and vice. "Nicholson Electroplating" is an arson case.

The Rockstar website states that the "Nicholson" case will be available for download through PSN and Xbox Live on June 21st. The price and other details weren't mentioned.

The lack of information is due to the fact that Rockstar hasn't formally announced "Nicholson" yet. The above link is a page where you can redeem a download code for the DLC. Best Buy gave out a limited number of these codes at their midnight launch events.

L.A. Noire launched in North America on May 17th. It hits Europe tomorrow.
