Interplay announced the revival of another one of their old franchises today. They're preparing MDK 2 remakes for the PC and Wii.
MDK2 will hit the Wii's WiiWare service in the winter. The PC will get an HD remake of the game shortly afterward. MDK2 HD is going to be released through digital distributor Beamdog. Previous retro games revived by Interplay include Earthworm Jim and Descent. These remakes have been key to keeping the company afloat while they develop Fallout Online. |
