NetherRealm Studios talk briefly about the upcoming Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition and how the game includes everything you loved about last year's outing and then some.

Mortal Kombat was probably the biggest surprise hit of 2011. The game just kind of came up and kicked the crap out of so many other titles with such an engaging fighting system that paid true homage to the first two Mortal Kombat games as well as moving the genre forward with awesome additions like the bone-shattering x-ray vision and cross-franchise characters.

Well, if you wanted all the extra DLC and goodies that come along with it for one simple price, the Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition is the way to go.

I wish they had showed off just a little bit more of that bone-shattering gameplay, I love those x-ray shots so much. Great stuff.

Anyways, you can look for Jade's pole-dancing, Krueger's razor claws, classic Sub-Zero and Scorpion, as well as Kenshi and Rain in all their Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition glory to become available next week on February 28th in North America and in early March for PAL gamers for the Xbox 360 and PS3.
