Epic must be really enjoying all the publicity as of late? Right now all the big focus on the upcoming games for the PlayStation 4 seem to center around (one way or another) Epic's Unreal Engine 4. Both Sony and Epic have gone way out of the way to ensure that developers have complete access to all the tools necessary to create the best games possible.
The trailer above seems to feature a little bit of that old Jurassic Park magic fused with some new-school terror. The original Primal Carnage for PC was a simple team-based deathmatch game that saw one group of players taking on the role of hunters while the other group of players took on the various roles of flesh-eating dinosaurs.
It was recently announced that the indie PC title from Lukewarm Media would be receiving a sequel called Primal Carnage: Genesis and the game would sport a single-player campaign that won't be limited to PC. Primal Carnage: Genesis will be released on the PS4 and now news have surfaced – thanks to the trailer above – that Epic Games is sticking to their new policy of servicing indie developers in anyway they can with the Unreal Engine 4.
There aren't a lot of details for Primal Carnage: Genesis, as it was recently announced for PC and PS4, but we can expect a lot of new info once this year's E3 rolls around. For more information be sure to visit the official website.
