Best Buy's latest ad mentions a downloadable content pack for L.A. Noire entitled "Nicholson Electroplating Arson Case." Apparently they'll be giving it away for free to midnight shoppers.

The ad (via Joystiq) states that the first 16 customers to buy Noire at a Best Buy midnight launch of the game will get a voucher for the DLC. The ad also mentions they'll have a "minimum of 16 Xbox 360 and PS3 codes per store," so you just need to be one of the first 16 picking up the game on your console of choice. The voucher will allow gamers to download the DLC for free whenever it's released.

If this ad turns out to be legit, "Nicholson Electroplating" would be the first post-launch DLC announced for the game. Several retailers are offering exclusive pre-order DLC, though.

You don't have much time left to consider every store's individual offering for Noire. The detective game is due out tomorrow in the US and on Friday in Europe.
