The Max Payne wannabe, Wanted: Weapons of Fate is nearing its release date and so Warner Bros. Interactive has released a new tutorial to give gamers a glimpse into third-person shooting’s new feature that’s bound to be completely worn out: bullet-curving.

The game puts players in the roll of the protagonist from the movie (as the game takes place directly after the movie) and sees players hunting down the French chapter of the Fraternity. Realistically, it’s simply setup to give gamers a reason to activate bullet-time (which is called Assassin Time for this game) and curve bullets into the heads of bad guys.

The following trailer isn’t bad, but the gameplay looks so unpolished. If only they spent more time smoothing out the animations and giving the AI more movement during the shootouts. Anyway, Wanted: Weapons of Fate is due out for PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 on March 24th.
