Being a huge fan of Danny Boyle's 28 Days Later, I had no real expectations for the Juan Carlos Fresnadillo-directed sequel, 28 Weeks Later. As the project moved through development I saw it simply as a hollow cash grab made even more worthless by the fact that the original director wasn't back on board. Then I saw the film and I realized that Fresnadillo is a name to look out for. While 28 Weeks Later wasn't a perfect movie, it was well-done and quite effective in the horror department. But while my interested in Fresnadillo's work was piqued, unfortunately he hasn't come out with a feature since. Luckily that's all about to change as Intruders is set to arrive in theaters next month and today we have received a brand new trailer for the thriller.

Check it out below.

Starring Clive Owen, Carice van Houten, Daniel Bruhl and Kerry Fox, Intruders is about two girls in separate countries who are haunted nightly by a being that they refer to as Hollow Face. But while one of the girls fathers (Owen) sees the creature for himself, there is no evidence of Hollow Face's existence and the line between reality and imagination becomes blurred. The film premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival last year and will hit theaters on March 30th. To learn more about the movie, head over to our Blend Film Database.
