Disney Goes To The Superbowl

When the Super Bowl happens this Sunday, a great many of you will be paying more attention to the commercials than the game of football. If you're a movie lover, that idea is probably doubly good, since Disney is debuting new trailers for two of their most eagerly anticipated movies on Sunday.

But you don't have to wait till Sunday to see them. Just a couple of days ago we brought you Disney's Super Bowl spot for The Shaggy Dog, and now they've put their Super Bowl teasers for Pirates of the Caribbean and the Pixar created Cars online for your downloading pleasure as well.

First up is the Pirates trailer, which shows almost nothing we haven't already seen before in the previous trailer. I say almost nothing, because there are one or two really brief shots mixed into it which look slightly different. If you're interested, click one of the appropriately sized links below to watch the Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest Super Bowl teaser trailer:

Next up is the new teaser for Cars, which is a little fresher than the Pirates ad. I'm still not sold on the concept, but the trailers are getting better and better every time Disney releases one. I'm not sure if that means the movie is any good or not, it might just mean their massive marketing team has figured out what the American public wants out of a film featuring talking cars. Whatever the reason for this Cars trailer's non-suckiness, check it out in the format of your choice below:
