Meet Tooth And Sandy In Rise Of The Guardians Clip

The biggest most mythical name attached to DreamWorks much-anticipated upcoming animated adventure Rise of the Guardians is undoubtedly Santa Claus, with the Easter Bunny and Jack Frost coming in close thereafter. Getting less attention in the film's dazzling marketing campaign thus far has been the Sandman and the Tooth Fairy—known affectionately as Sandy and Tooth by their friends and fellow guardians. But the latest look at the family friendly feature puts these lesser-acknowledged heroes in the spotlight, cluing us into who they are and what mighty powers they hold! Check it out below thanks to Yahoo:

Alec Baldwin narrates the clip, though without the burly Russian accent he's given Rise of the Guardians' tatted up Santa, North. Instead, he lets his familiar and warm voice speak for the silent but not speechless Sandy (obviously voiced by no one) and Tooth (Isla Fisher). But he also gives us deeper understanding of the films villain, Pitch.

Played by Jude Law, Pitch is essentially the Bogey Man, turning children's dreams to nightmares. But sweet dreams are not all that's at risk! As Pitch is also after the teeth Tooth has long collected, that contain our warmest childhood memories. While we don't yet know what else Pitch may threaten that pulls North, Jack Frost (Chris Pine) and E. Aster Bunnymund (Hugh Jackman) into the fray, it's already easy to see plenty of reasons to check out Rise of the Guardians when it opens on November 21st.
