Goodbye kitschy Thunderbirds movie, hello Spykids ripoff #73.
Puppet to movie translation Thunderbirds finally has a full trailer and it isn't promising. What had once looked like it might be a fun, retro-romp into the world of cheesy sci-fi now reveals its true colors as another kiddie flick. The trailer shows the true focus of the film, which is unfortunantly on a gang of teen or pre-teen heroes saving the world from some probably cliche disaster.
Those of you going to see Scooby Doo 2 in a couple of weeks will no doubt be making a trip with the kidos to see this. The rest of us will wonder if puppets can cry.
The boys really are back in town.
