It's kind of liberating to watch the new trailer for Blood: The Last Vampire and have no clue what's going on. It's a short teaser trailer, all the dialogue is in Japanese, and the action is so fast and quickly edited that all you can really tell is that flames and roundhouse kicks are involved.
But really, isn't that pretty much all you need from a trailer? You may know Blood from the 2000 anime film, or from the manga sequels that followed it. But the trailer below is for the live-action version, which IMDB claims will be released stateside in March. I'm skeptical about that release date-- had you heard of this movie before now?-- but completely wowed by the vampire-ass-kicking that goes on in this teaser. Check it out below.
