New Transformers: Dark Of The Moon Image Suggests That The Movie Is A Pink Floyd Rock Opera
By Eric Eisenberg published

Prepare, Michael Bay fans. The first theatrical trailer for Transformers: Dark of the Moon is almost here. For the past few days we've been posting images from the movie, including the new Decepticon known as Shockwave, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, and Bumblebee, but today's image is a bit of a mystery.
Apple has released the new still from the film and...holy shit I just figured it out. The title of the movie is Dark of the Moon? They release an image of a Great Gig In The Sky? Transformers 3 is actually a rock opera featuring the music of Pink Floyd. I'm also going to wager a guess that the first song they sing will be "Brain Damage" - it's the perfect note to get things started on after the noisy trainwreck that was Transformers 2.
Check out the image below and see it in high res over on Apple (opens in new tab).
