Man Found Dead Outside Rick Ross' Home

Rick Ross wasn’t at his home early this morning, but apparently, at least two other people were. One was found dead with bullet holes in his body in the front yard, and now police are trying to figure out exactly what happened. It’s unclear whether the forty-year-old victim had any connection to the rapper or anyone who was in the house; so, authorities are hoping Ross might be able to clear up some of the loose ends.

According to TMZ, the bearded musician is not considered a suspect, but he still needs to speak with Miami Gardens police as soon as possible. That chat should go down sometime in the next few days, and one would imagine Ross would be just as curious to speak to police as the other way around. It’s not often someone gets shot on your property, and even if the gunfire was warranted, Ross will probably want to know the specifics.

Beyond his age and gender, little is known about the deceased, but he was reportedly found just inside the gate. That would lend credence to the idea of a justifiable trespassing homicide, but police have not divulged any working theories. Until they do, all we can do is wonder what could have possibly happened.

If Ross’ testimony amounts to anything or his status as only absent homeowner changes, we’ll bring you the details.
