See What George Takei Is Serving Up In Hawaii Five-0's Kahu Episode

George Takei is the pop-culture gift that keeps on giving, which is good news since it's the holiday season, where great gifts are in high demand. Well known and loved for playing the role of Sulu in Star Trek, in more recent years, he continues to work in film and television, lending his considerable talent to various TV shows and movies. This includes voice guest roles in animated series like Transformers Prime and the excellent Adventure Time. In live action territory, his recent credits include an episode of The New Normal and - come next Monday - a spot on Hawaii Five-0

It was announced earlier this fall that George Takei was set to guest star in Hawaii Five-0 during its third season, and Monday's "Kahu Guardian" will feature that appearance, which has Takei playing the uncle of Daniel Dae Kim's character Chin Ho Kelly. Check out the preview below to see what Takei's serving up in the CBS drama.

Moonshine! Oh My!

It beats egg nog, I guess! Nothing like a little moonshine to warm you up on a cold Christmas eve. Do they even have cold Christmas eves in Hawaii, come to think of it? Well, they have moonshine, courtesy of Takei's Uncle Choi. The episode will have Chin and Danny visiting Chin's uncle while investigating a murder in the backwoods of Oahu.

Here are a couple more pictures of Takei in the episode, which airs Monday, December 17 at 10:00 p.m. ET on CBS.
