Spartacus War Of The Damned Teaser Poster Revealed

Among the many reasons to look forward to Comic Con in San Diego this week is the panel for Spartacus: War of the Damned, the final season in Starz' drama series. In anticipation of the Friday evening panel, Starz released the poster, which shows our hero (portrayed by Liam McIntyre) looking determined and ready for battle.

Well, he's certainly someone to look up to. At least, that's the perspective we're given of Spartacus in the teaser poster of Spartacus: War of the Damned, which TV Guide posted today.

Is that some kind of staff in his hand? Looks cool, whatever it is, with some kind of eagle or bird at the end of it (covered in blood?)

For those Spartacus fans attending Comic Con, the Spartacus: War of the Damned panel is set for Friday, July 13 and will feature series creator Steven DeKnight and stars Manu Bennett and Liam McIntyre and "a few surprise appearances to show footage from the final season." Last year's panel was a lot of fun, as we got our first look at Vengeance, including the memorable sight of Lucy Lawless looking crazed and disheveled in a state of post-Blood and Sand disarray. It'll be exciting to see what they show us this year.
