Rocksteady released a new CGI trailer for Batman: Arkham City during the 2010 Spike VGAs. It introduces one of the supervillains Batman will have to take on.

The trailer reveals that Hugo Strange is plotting to take down Batman. He sends a group of assassins after the Caped Crusader, who swiftly dispatches him. However, this is just a precursor to a much more elaborate plan.

Rocksteady is licensed to make games based on the Batman comics rather than the movies. It makes sense, then, that they'd reach back into the archives for someone like Strange. He's not as well-known as Batman's other foes but he actually predates mainstays like Joker and Catwoman.
