The Arc Projector is a heavy weapon from an unknown manufacturer. It allows the user to zap enemies with a powerful bolt of electricity. These attacks can arc from target to target, making it extremely effective for close quarters combat.
Membership codes for Cerberus Network, which entitle players to free DLC, are included with new copies of ME2. If you own a pre-owned copy of the game, you can purchase Cerberus membership for $15.
