Nintendo Talks Blog Arrives For All Things Nintendo

Nintendo UK has entered into a partnership with Electronic Theatre that will see all tech, specs, software and features from Nintendo related products appearing in a special Nintendo Talks blog.

The blog will solely focus on new and upcoming products from the Nintendo brand and Electronic Theatre will be the showcase for said products. They will talk about upcoming games and services, and run through the details of what gamers can expect as well as how some of the services will work, so you won't be heading into Nintendo's future like a blind rat trapped in a maze. The Nintendo Talks blog kicks off today with a look at the recently released Kid Icarus: Uprising, entitled ‘Discovering the Excitement Surrounding Kid Icarus Uprising.’ Available here, this debut will be followed later this week with a look at another Nintendo 3DS smash hit, Mario Tennis Open.

I'm super curious if Nintendo has started the same thing with U.S. and Asian blogs as well? It would be pretty cool to have a source that covers all things Nintendo to give gamers an idea of what to expect from the Big 'N'.

Speaking of specs...we've yet to get a completely full breakdown of the Nintendo Wii U's capabilities, so it might benefit some gamers to gander at the Nintendo news blog for early hints about the true hardware capabilities for the upcoming next-generation(?) home console from Nintendo.
