If this game passed by your radar without ever knowing it existed, don’t feel too bad because it was one of those games that just comes and goes like it was never there. Anyway, Hudson Entertainment released it on October 20th but decided to help promote it a bit by releasing some character art for it, after its release. So for those of you who might be interested in this game but have no idea what this WiiWare title is about just keep reading to find out.

According to the press release Sabine Duvall, Vice President of Digital Download at Hudson Entertainment, commented saying…

“Shootanto: Evolutionary Mayhem offers a unique take on the shooter videogame genre,” …. “Gamers haven’t seen anything quite like this, with its bizarre enemies, unusual playable characters, and frenzied gameplay.”

To be a WiiWare title it almost looks like a normal Wii game. That either means this is a good looking WiiWare title or Wii games have a very low quality standard.
