There were a lot of rumors, mostly in the British tabloids, a few weeks ago that claimed Sienna Miller would have a role in Guy Ritchie's Sherlock Holmes movie. Yeah, she and everyone else in the world, right? But now that Jude Law has been cast as Dr. Watson, the rumors are heating up again, given Miller and Law's past relationship.So could it be true this time? The Daily Mirror, a British tabloid, is reporting that Miller has signed on, and the report is getting repeated as fact around the Internet. It would be pretty amazing for the tabloid hounds, seeing Law and MIller together after they broke up when he admitted to cheating on her with his childrens' nanny. But why would she swallow her pride and co-star with her cheating ex, when she has plenty of roles being offered to her, regardless of whether or not she deserves them. I joked the other day that Law's casting meant the end of the Dr. Watson rumor merry-go-round, but now I guess there's another guessing game in town. I'd say Sienna beware: Guy Ritchie + Sherlock Holmes = boy's club, and I'm guessing there's not much room for a girl at this particular table. Particularly a girl in no mood to be nice to her ex.
