Marvel Entertainment announced its fourth quarter financial information this morning, which is in itself incredibly boring. None of us care how much money Avi Arad will have to spend on exotic sports cars this year. But during their financial report press conference, they finally revealed when we’ll be able to see a trailer for The Incredible Hulk.
Apparently The Incredible Hulk’s first trailer is slated to hit theaters in early March. Around the same time, we should also get another new Iron Man trailer. Like a lot of Hollywood’s studios putting out big summer tentpoles this year, they’re waiting until only a few months before the movie’s debut to start advertising it.
Also announced during Marvel’s conference call: an animated Hulk movie called Planet Hulk. Meanwhile movies based on Ant Man, Captain America, Thor, and The Avengers are currently fighting it out on their schedule for a 2009 release.
