The second trailer for Summit Entertainment’s toothless vampire flick Twilight is online. When I call it toothless, I mean literally. Fans of the book series on which its based tell me these vampires don’t have fangs. Where’s the fun in that? Please tell me they at least drink blood.
You won’t see any blood drinking in this trailer though. It’s mostly a lot of pretty folk standing around posing, though there is a nice sequence in which the hero vampire stops a car with his forefinger. Or something like that. I know a lot of people are really into this thing though, and I’m rooting for their faith in this would-be franchise to be justified. This trailer just hasn’t sold me yet. Here it is, take a look:
