Teenage Paparazzo Preview: Adrian Grenier's Documentary To Air On HBO

HBO is set to air a documentary later this month that sounds pretty interesting, especially if you have an interest in our culture’s obsession with celebrities and the bizarre profession that is the modern-day paparazzi.

The documentary follows Adrian Grenier (Entourage) as he explores the world of the celebrity-hounding paparazzi by trailing a teenager who is often among the photographers chasing down celebs. It sounds intriguing, especially considering the kid’s age. What do his parents think of his job? How do other celebrities react to him? That, and more, will be explored in the documentary. Below is HBO’s brief description and further down is the trailer.

One night in Los Angeles, Adrian Grenier, star of the HBO series Entourage, encountered 14-year-old paparazzo Austin Visschedyk. Astounded and inspired by the fast-talking, faster-snapping teen, Grenier (HBO’s Shot in the Dark) decided to turn the cameras on Visschedyk in an effort to better understand this unique teenager’s world and gain insight into what motivates people to stalk the famous.

Teenage Paparazzo premieres MONDAY, SEPT. 27 (9:00-10:45 p.m. ET/PT) on HBO.
