Crysis 3 Gets Original Game As Pre-Order Bonus

EA has pulled back the curtain on a pretty sweet pre-order deal for upcoming first-person shooter, Crysis 3, offering a digital copy of the original Crysis for a limited time.

EA announced the Crysis 3 pre-order details on its official website, stating that the free copy of Crysis won’t be around forever. Also included in the pre-order bonus lineup was the Stalker Pack and the Brawler Pack for Crysis 3, each offering an additional gun for putting holes into dudes, aliens and robots alike.

In the original Crysis, players donned a tough-as-nails nanosuit in order to hunt down a mysterious artifact in the midst of a massive war between the United States and North Korea. Crysis 2 continues the story following the discovery of the artifact, but it looks like you’ll have to buy your own copy of that one, as EA will only be providing one free full game in this particular pre-order lineup.

Here’s a quick reminder of what you can expect from Crysis 3 were you to decide to take advantage of this special promotion and pre-order the upcoming game.

In case you haven’t heard, bows are the latest hip thing that absolutely must be included in all forms of entertainment. From The Hunger Games and The Avengers, to the new Tomb Raider and now Crysis 3, the things are popping up everywhere. Not that I’m complaining. Bows are cool.

If you’d like to see where all of that nonsense in the Crysis 3 trailer got started, be sure to hit the above EA link and pre-order your copy today. The Crysis free game code is good for either the PC, PS3 or Xbox 360 versions of the game.
