Capcom has announced that the HD collection for Devil May Cry is officially available for the Xbox 360 and PS3. This enables gamers to experience the fan-favorite PS2 games when Dante didn't look like a crack-whore.
Ahead of the launch of Ninja Theory's re-imagining of the fan-favorite franchise, Capcom has let loose this HD collection for the current gen consoles, with the press release stating...
Devil May Cry is one of Capcom’s most successful and critically acclaimed franchises, having sold more than 10 million units worldwide. Featuring Dante, one of the most iconic video game characters of the last decade, Devil May Cry HD Collection is full of the award-winning gameplay and style that the series has become known for, with the addition of stunning HD graphics, support for Trophies and Achievements and a bonus content vault that provides the player with exclusive artwork.
The best part about this is that there's no disc-locked content, you get everything in the whole package, right out of the box. What's more is that Capcom is nice enough not to charge $60 for this HD collection, it's only $39.99 and the best part about it? All the endings are still intact...there are no ripped DLC endings like there is with Asura's Wrath.
If you want to experience a great series of games from the very beloved PS2 era, where games were fun, expansive and weren't overpriced, you can pick up a copy of the Devil May Cry HD Collection right now for either the Xbox 360 or the PS3.
