I know a lot of you can't wait to play the new Devil May Cry, especially with the new, skinnier, angrier, emo-Dante, but before you get there Capcom has a nice little surprise in store for you: Devil May Cry HD Collection. The official release date has been set for the new and improved HD collection of the first three Devil May Cry games, including sharper graphics and crisper resolutions.

Keeping things short and simple, Capcom sent out a brief press notice detailing the price and date of availability for the new Devil May Cry HD Collection. You'll get full versions of the first three games in the series, including Devil May Cry, Devil May Cry 2, and Devil May Cry 3: Dante’s Awakening Special Edition.

What's more is that all the games will now have Trophy and Achievement support. You'll get all of this for the snazzy price of only $39.95. That's not too bad a deal considering that you get three fan-favorite games, upscaled for the current generation consoles and all for under $40.

You can look for the Devil May Cry HD Collection to become available starting April 3rd, 2012 for the Xbox 360 and PS3. For further information be sure to visit the Official Website.
