Blizzard has released the first trailer featuring gameplay footage of Diablo 3. It was originally announced during Sony's unveiling of the PlayStation 4 that Blizzard would be bringing the isometric action-RPG to Sony's home consoles, including a launch on the PlayStation 3 and on the upcoming next-generation console, the PlayStation 4.

Diablo 3 is the sequel to the highly respected and still highly played ARPG, Diablo 2. The game continuous the story that revolves around angels, demons and all sorts of mythical creatures in between. Players will build their character, customize their skills and lay waste to hordes and hordes and hordes of enemy mobs.

The PlayStation versions of Diablo 3 will support offline play, which was revealed shortly after the game's announcement for consoles, so it won't be required to stay online even if you want to play single-player. The game will also enable for couch co-op, a mode that is rarely featured in a lot of games, but will be making a return to Blizzard's title that sold more than 12 million copies on PC alone.

If Diablo 3 happens to be a launch title for the PS4 then it's almost safe to say that the PS4 might have one of the most robust video game launch line-ups in the history of gaming. You can learn more by visiting the Official Website.
