A recent patch for Bethesda's The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim has hinted at the contents of the forthcoming DLC pack for the game. Apparently it'll include crossbows and "Snow Elves."
On Bethesda's forum, Skyrim fan Kerellan revealed what he had discovered in a file for the game's latest update, patch 1.5.26. He found several mentions of content that could very well be included in Skyrim's first DLC pack within "DLC01".
Crossbows, Snow Elves, a Snow Elf prince, as well as additional vampire feeding animations are all cited within the patch. There's also a mention of "RF," whatever that is.
Undoubtedly the most exciting addition of the upcoming DLC pack is crossbows, which suggests a new weapon type for Bethesda's action role-playing game. While RF, meanwhile, remains unknown, fans have suggested that it could be related to the initials of a new follower.
Skyrim's first piece of DLC may be announced next week, Bethesda recently stated. The game itself launched worldwide on November 11th and has since shipped over a staggering 10 million units.
