Topware Interactive announced today that the space simulation shooter, Iron Sky Invasion, has just received a brand new playable demo. The free demo is up and active right now and you can download it from Steam, but it's only limited to gamers in the you'd have to do some region flipping if you want to try the game out if you don't live in Europe.

Iron Sky Invasion the game is a spinoff of the movie of the same name, giving gamers a chance to beat the crap out of the space Nazis. The action follows a space pilot who has to defeat the Nazis army located on the dark side of the moon, where they're gathering forces and amassing an army to conquer the world. The movie follows a similar theme, and if for nothing else I at least have to give them props for coming up with space Nazis.

What's more is that many of the actors from the original film are making a return to form to lend appearances and voices for thespian work in the game, helping to bridge the gap between both media properties.

The demo for Iron Sky Invasion is available right now along with a new update for PC and Mac users. Topware Interactive's sci-fi, alternate reality space shooter will be arriving for home consoles in the early part of 2013. You can learn more about the game by paying a visit to the Official Website.
