By the end of the month, BioWare will release a new single-player DLC pack for Mass Effect 3 called Omega. It'll be available for the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC but not the Wii U.
The Wii U won't completely miss out on the game's DLC, though. BioWare previously announced that the Rebellion, Resurgence and Earth multiplayer add-ons will ship with that version, along with the Extended Cut and From Ashes single-player DLC. Furthermore, an interactive comic that explains the story of the first two games will also be included.
BioWare hasn't announced any DLC plans for the platform beyond that, though. When asked over Twitter about other content coming to the Wii U, they simply said, "Never say never." I guess that gives Wii U gamers at least a little reason to be optimistic.
The developer also didn't say whether or not they're going to release the first two ME games. They added on Twitter that they have "nothing to announce" on the matter. Again, it's not a yes but at least it's not a no.
The Wii U edition of Mass Effect 3 will arrive on November 18th in North America and November 30th in Europe. Omega will be available on other platforms starting on the 27th.
