Before you throw down money to reserve a copy of Medal of Honor: Warfighter, you may want to research the pre-order bonuses. Retailers will be offering different DLC packs that give you a day one advantage in the shooter's multiplayer.
Warfighter's multiplayer depicts an international competition between a dozen of the world's most elite special forces. Special forces units features in the game include the U.S. Navy SEALs, Poland's GROM, and Russia's Spetsnaz. You can kill people and show your national pride at the same time - just like a real war!
If you pre-order the PC version through Origin.com, you'll unlock British SAS Spec Ops for multiplayer immediately. Should you spring for the $69.99 Digital Deluxe edition of the game on Origin, you'll get the Russian Spetsnaz Alfa Group Heavy Gunner in addition to the SAS pack. EA will throw in a digital copy of the game soundtrack for digital deluxe buyers as well.
GameStop, meanwhile, is offering early access to the SFOD-D Point Man. The Point Man's place is at the front lines of any battle. They're quick and have high awareness of the battlefield.
EA also mentioned a Trijicon Optics 3 Pack today. This bundle gives you three different scopes for the Heckler & Koch HK416 assault rifle. This will ensure that you're ready for any sort of fight on launch day. It's not clear what retailer will be offering this Optics Pack, though.
All Warfighter pre-orders will be automatically upgraded to the Limited Edition for no charge. The Limited Edition grants players an early unlock the the U.S. SEAL Team Sniper. These feared snipers are armed with the McMillan TAC-300, allowing them to pick off enemies with deadly precision.
Warfighter is due on October 23rd in North America and on the 26th in Europe.
