The WMD community let loose a brand new trailer for Project CARS featuring Josh Money's dubstep pop-song “Let Go With You”. The music is set against some of the most visually stunning images from a racing game to date, and the best part about it is that this trailer is 100% composed of in-game play, no PR bullshots, no press-screened footage.
I just absolutely adore how Slightly Mad Studios has let the community promote Project CARS for them. This, my friends, is how you get good PR: when your fanbase spreads the word with content of your product.
Check out the trailer below – and I might add that the game is still pre-alpha and seeing new upgrades and additions every couple of weeks with each new build. Enjoy.
It's funny because AAA studios with multi-million dollar budgets can't even pay for trailers that good.
Also, I really have to tip my hat off to the Project CARS community. You guys have done an amazing job of making this look like a top notch racing simulator, and I haven't been this excited for a racing game since the pre-release of Forza Motorsport 4.
You can contribute to the development of Project CARS by joining the community over at the Official Project CARS Website. The game is set for release on the Xbox 360, PS3, PC and Wii U in early 2013.
