THQ likes to portray the Saints Row series - essentially - as the goofy, drunken roommate of Grand Theft Auto. A new trailer called "The Awesome Button" shows you exactly how weird this game can get.

The trailer is essentially two-and-a-half minutes of the player performing wrestling moves on helpless pedestrians to the sound of "Power" by Kanye West. It's gotta be pretty awful to get DDT'd or clotheslined on the street. Getting DDT'd by a guy wearing a mascot suit - or nothing at all - though? That's a new low.

As you can see from the trailer, the game's character creator is very robust. You can upload your custom creations online and share them with the community. Other players' creations can be used in your own save files.

Saints Row: The Third will be released on November 15th in North America. The European launch will follow on the 18th.
